Grace Manley is a highly sought-after Executive and Life Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator. After a distinguished tenure as an Executive Leader at the National Security Agency, Grace launched her successful coaching and consulting firm, With Grace.
Grace is inspired by the potential she sees in people and is uniquely gifted at unleashing their talent, skills, and strengths. Her remarkable ability to listen deeply and truly see her clients in their fullness enables her to guide them toward extraordinary clarity and vision. Her direct, insightful approach, coupled with wisdom and compassion, keeps her clients coming back because of what they’ve been able to achieve in their newfound confidence and purpose.
This is the impact she wants to bring into the organizations that she sees doing the most with the least resources to stand in the gap of equity and injustice. With this passion in mind, she founded Coaching for Community Leaders with her inaugural Board of Directors to expand access to the transformative power of Executive Coaching to those who are helping our communities thrive.
