These leaders operate at the intersection of policy, community advocacy, and institutional reform – requiring exceptional strategic and adaptive leadership skills.

As reported by the Stanford Social Innovation Review, Executive Coaching is a powerful catalyst for leaders to enhance their strategic thinking, build influential relationships, and accelerate their vision for social change.

Yet many social justice organizations have yet to or are unable to fully leverage executive coaching as a strategic tool for maximizing their impact and scaling their mission, creating a missed opportunity for accelerating systemic change.
